MeetingAugust 18, 2026On 18 August 2026, a meaningful Get-Together & Dinner hosted by Sarim Noor, President of Minhaj Youth League Karachi, was held at Shandaar Shinwari Restaurant, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, bringing together MYL Karachi Zonal Team members, town-level office-bearers, former and senior members, and young associates.
The gathering provided an opportunity to recognize and appreciate the contributions of the previous team upon the completion of its two-year organizational tenure. Faizan Kaleem, former President of Minhaj Youth League Karachi, former General Secretary Imad, and the entire outgoing zonal team were acknowledged for their dedication, efforts, and services. Faizan Kaleem was also congratulated on assuming his new responsibility as Central Coordinator for Minhaj Youth League Karachi, while newly nominated General Secretary Muhammad Faizan Ijaz and all members entrusted with responsibilities in the new zonal team were extended warm congratulations and best wishes.
The newly reorganized zonal team brings together continuity, experience, and fresh youth participation. Former General Secretary Imad continues his organizational journey as Senior Vice President, while members of the previous zonal team remain engaged in various responsibilities alongside newly inducted, energetic, and capable young members. The aim is to combine the experience of senior colleagues with the energy and fresh ideas of younger members to further strengthen the organizational work of Minhaj Youth League Karachi.
The evening was also honored by the special participation of Masood Usmani, President of Tehreek-e-Minhaj-ul-Quran Karachi; Zahid Ali; and Abdul Samad. Former MYL Karachi President Rao Tayyab and Hafiz Irfan Yousuf, Central Vice President of Mustafavi Students Movement, also attended, along with former and senior MYL members from different periods, town-level office-bearers, and young members.
During the gathering, Masood Usmani addressed the participants, encouraged the young members, and shared valuable guidance and best wishes for the new organizational journey. The evening served as a valuable platform to benefit from the experience and guidance of senior members, strengthen coordination with town-level teams and young associates, and exchange ideas regarding the future direction of MYL Karachi.
Sarim Noor expressed his commitment to working alongside the entire team with sincerity, unity, and a spirit of service, while dedicating greater time and effort to strengthening engagement with the youth of Karachi and advancing the mission and organizational activities of Minhaj Youth League.
