Faizan Kaleem holds a B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Electronics. After completing his engineering degree, he formally joined his family business in 2013, where he became involved in its professional and operational responsibilities.
His organizational journey began in 2008 with Mustafavi Students Movement (MSM), where he started working at the unit level. Over the following years, he gradually progressed through different organizational responsibilities and, in 2012, became a member of the MSM Karachi Divisional Cabinet.
After several years of involvement in student activities and organizational work, Faizan Kaleem was appointed President of MSM Karachi in 2016. He served in this role until 2018, leading student-focused activities and organizational work across Karachi. Following the completion of his presidential term, he continued serving MSM Karachi as Senior Vice President.
In 2020, he transitioned from the student organization to Minhaj Youth League and became part of the MYL Karachi Divisional Executive. Over the following years, he served in different organizational responsibilities, gaining wider experience in youth engagement, coordination and city-level organizational work.
In November 2023, Faizan Kaleem was entrusted with the responsibility of President of Minhaj Youth League Karachi. During his tenure, he worked with the divisional team and organizational units across the city to strengthen youth activities, coordination and the organizational structure of MYL Karachi.
After nearly three years of leadership, he completed his tenure in August 2026 and handed over the responsibility of Minhaj Youth League Karachi to the new leadership of President Sarim Noor and General Secretary Muhammad Faizan Ijaz, continuing the transition toward a new organizational term.
From beginning at the unit level of MSM in 2008 to leading Minhaj Youth League Karachi, his organizational journey reflects a long association with student and youth work. Alongside his professional and organizational responsibilities, his outlook remains centered on serving humanity, contributing positively to society and using his abilities and experience for the welfare of others.
